ALL RETURNS (including exchanges)
All our orders are covered by a full 30 day returns guarantee, however the following conditions are applicable.To ensure your refund or exchange is processed as quickly as possible, please ensure your return conforms to the rules below.
2. The box must be returned to us as you received it.
3. The box must include all packaging and any accessories which came with the shoe.
5. Where possible please include the original invoice, or ensure your order number and full name and address are included.This will prevent delays in processing your refund.

Returned shoes are passed through Quality Control prior to being added back to our sellable stock. If your return doesn't conform to the rules shown above, the shoe will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
If you wish to exchange your order for a differing size please follow the above returns process and include a note to tell us your preferred size. If we do not have your desired size in stock we will refund your order.
